Geschichte

Adil Hajili begrΓΌndete Minimorum 2013 als Soloprojekt. Damit ist Minimorum die erste Ein-Personen-Band Aserbaidschans sowie die erste Funeral-Doom-Band des Landes.cite-ref-odz-1-0[1] Der in Sumqayit lebende Musiker verΓΆffentlichte seine Musik anfΓ€nglich als Musikdownload im Selbstverlag. Lediglich das Album Autumn Tears erschien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem russischen Independent-Label GS Productions.cite-ref-fb-2-0[2]

Stil

Minimorum spielt einen stereotypen atmosphΓ€rischen Funeral Doom. Hajili bestΓ€tigt einen Einfluss durch Thergothon, verweist hinzukommend auf Woods of Ypres als bedeutende musikalische Inspiration fΓΌr das eigene musikalische Schaffen.cite-ref-odz-1-1[1] Hajili arrangiert im betont langsamen Tempo des Genres ein als atmosphΓ€risch beschriebenes Gleichgewicht aus Growling, minimalistischen Gitarren- und Keyboard-Akkorden.cite-ref-ml-3-0[3]
